Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Inpatient Wound Care to join the growing team at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of the expanding network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and strong communication with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Per Diem Day Coverage, No weekends
Work with a team of providers who specialize in wound treatment.
Provide personal and individualized care plans to adult and pediatric patients with non-healing chronic wounds.
Utilize aggressive, evidence-based wound care treatment and management for selected conditions.
Focus on the goals of healing chronic wounds, preserving limbs, and preventing wound recurrence.
REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years experience in wound care
Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of practices.
