Our rehabilitation team provides ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
How you'll contribute
As a nursing leader, you will inspire excellence by guiding clinical practice, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient-centered care. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and compassion, you will shape an exceptional patient journey.
Collaborates with the CNO and leadership team to implement and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory/accreditation standards.
You will lead a team of Supervisors, RNs, and Nursing Support Staff, foster engagement, and champion professional development.
Monitor Quality Indicators and participate in initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Facilitate patient rounding and foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
Ensures compliance with scope-of-practice regulations, HIPAA, and required education, orientation, and competencies.
Promotes rehabilitation nursing practice and staff development, including CRRN certification for eligible RNs.
Reviews quality, risk, and patient satisfaction data to drive continuous performance improvement and communicates results to staff.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current CA RN license. Additional requirements include:
Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program. BSN Preferred.
CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
CRRN Certification preferred
Minimum of two years of previous nursing leadership preferred.
Minimum of two years previous rehab nursing experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
