Our rehabilitation team provides ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. 

How you'll contribute

As a nursing leader, you will inspire excellence by guiding clinical practice, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient-centered care. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and compassion, you will shape an exceptional patient journey.  

• Collaborates with the CNO and leadership team to implement and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory/accreditation standards.
• You will lead a team of Supervisors, RNs, and Nursing Support Staff, foster engagement, and champion professional development.  
• Monitor Quality Indicators and participate in initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Facilitate patient rounding and foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
• Ensures compliance with scope-of-practice regulations, HIPAA, and required education, orientation, and competencies.
• Promotes rehabilitation nursing practice and staff development, including CRRN certification for eligible RNs.
• Reviews quality, risk, and patient satisfaction data to drive continuous performance improvement and communicates results to staff.

We are accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and our Stroke Rehabilitation and Cancer Rehabilitation Programs.

Salary range: $102,669 - 138,611

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current CA RN license. Additional requirements include:

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program. BSN Preferred.
• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Certification preferred
• Minimum of two years of previous nursing leadership preferred.
• Minimum of two years previous rehab nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
