SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for evaluating, providing and improving nursing services for patients through efficient and effective planning, directing, coordinating and controlling of material and human resources.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Five (5) years clinical experience required.Â
- Progressive leadership experience required.Â
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS prior to end of orientation periodÂ
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.Â
