About the Role:
The Northeast Georgia Health System RN Residency Program is a structured & comprehensive 12-month Program for licensed Registered Nurses with less than one year of experience as an RN.
We are proud to be one of only four ANCC accredited Practice Transition Programs in the state of Georgia!
The Program supports your transition into professional Nursing Practice through:
- 14-24 weeks of orientation with a dedicated Preceptor
- Dedicated Mentors, Nurse Manager & Nurse Coordinators
- Use of our state-of-the-art Simulation Labs
- Quarterly Seminars
- Didactic Learning
