The RN, Mental Health (MH) Outpatient, is a registered nurse who will utilize the nursing process and evidence based practice in order to coordinate the care and services for patients in the MH Outpatient Clinic. The RN is a key member of the Core Team (patient, Mental health provider, RN care manager, and patient support) and Expanded Team (family/caregiver, internal and community-based services involved in providing care to the patient), promoting effective communication and ethical practice. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
