The incumbent functions in a multidisciplinary team within the HUD-VASH Program in the Homeless Programs in the Care Management and Social Work Service Line within the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS). The patients for whom the incumbent regularly provides services, include the Veteran population with a wide range of mental health care problems including acute and chronic psychiatric conditions, substance abuse disorders, homelessness, and other behavioral health problems. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
