Job Summary The Nurse Director, Endoscopy at Mass General Brigham-Salem Hospital is accountable and responsible for clinical operations of Endoscopy on a 24-hour basis.  She/he is responsible to coordinate day-to-day clinical operations, working collaboratively with all departments and disciplines.  The Nurse Director is responsible to work collaboratively with senior leadership to systematically improve nursing processes and activities, on performance improvement initiatives that maintain standards of nursing practice and to achieve all Endoscopy programmatic goals, standards, and strategic plans.
