Summary of Job Purpose The Nurse Manager will be accountable for the development, implementation, evaluation and oversight of the clinical care of their department. They will serve as a leader in the coordination of interdisciplinary processes that facilitate and expedite performance improvement activities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
