The Telehealth Clinical Technician (TCT) is an LPN that serves in a generalist role to support Telehealth clinical program. They provide a wide range of clinical and technical services to the Veteran. The duties include serving as the site imager for Store Forward Telehealth (SFT) applications and facilitator for real time Clinical Video Telehealth (CVT) encounters, patient education activities, Primary Care as well as specialty care remote visits. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
