JOB SUMMARYThe Supervisor, Nursing Procedural Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for supervision of assigned nursing and unit-based personnel to provide a safe, caring environment for patients, family and staff which fosters professional nursing practice, mutual conclusion-making, inter-professional synergy and partnership with positive patient and staff outcomes.
