The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), including serving as the designated first-line supervisory authority and being responsible for the 24/7 operation of their assigned units. The NM also functions as a clinical expert and manages all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
