The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers fundamental care to assigned resident using skills to effectively apply all aspects of the nursing process with collaborative, evidence-based practice which will enable effective care coordination. They provide professional assessment to an adult population of predominantly older, male residents and must demonstrate knowledge of age related factors, changes associated with the aging process, and ability to provide care according to age-specific competencies. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
