Seeking to establish a satellite Occupational Medicine clinic in Centralia, WA. You will be connected by an excellent IT system, EMR (Epic), and have access to a board-certified Occupational Medicine specialist, and a team of Physiatry and Sport Medicine physicians who can provide interventional treatment, centrally based out of the Providence SW Multispecialty Clinic in Lacey, WA. This is a more autonomous position, and we seek an experienced dedicated nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our esteemed team. Candidates must be experienced and comfortable working alone, as this will be a solo practice for a period as the clinic becomes established.
