Gillette Children's seeking a provider to join their Craniofacial team. The advanced practice provider (APP) provides clinical care to patients in a family-centered model with complex acute, critical and chronic health care conditions, advises patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, and/or provides skilled assistance in navigation of the health care system as appropriate to the developmental, cultural, emotional, and medical, surgical, or rehabilitative needs of the patient and their families. The APP role in Craniofacial encompasses the following components: 0.8 FTE with on-call rotation for weekends and holidays.
