Responsible for planning and overall clinical operations of the bariatric program. Responsible for assisting the Clinical Director of the population-specific accredited center program design & delivery. Demonstrating high collaboration with the physicians and specialists that support this accredited center. Effective linkage with the Clinical Directors over the staff and operational aspects of the designated hospital unit where patient population is centered. Strong patient/family interactions through teaching and emotional support; expanded to community targeted population teaching opportunities periodically throughout the year. Metrics and data entry into the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) database. Generate reports to MBS program from the clinical, financial, satisfaction and outcome perspectives. Manages ongoing data analysis, infection control, radiation safety, risk management, program development, and implementation of processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the bariatric program.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field preferred
Three years of current experience in bariatrics strongly preferred
BLS (American Heart Association)
Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian preferred
