Seeking a Nurse Manager for our ICU and Telemetry Unit at UM Shore Regional Health

The unit has a 10-bed ICU and 28-bed Telemetry unit with additional 10 beds totaling 38 beds.

Directs and supervises the performance of a group of employees engaged in similar functions and directs a major organization-wide work process. Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures. Translates the overall objectives set by higher management into individual and collective objectives for subordinates and develops plans for accomplishing them. Provides training and communicates information from higher management to employees. Assists the Director of Emergency and Outpatient Services and the Chief Nursing Officer in accomplishing his/her twenty-four-hour responsibility for the operation of area(s) of responsibility. Supports the System and Nursing Strategic Plans. Supports Relationship-Based Care and Shared Leadership.
