This role is staffed by highly skilled board-certified acute care nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants, who have received specialized training in providing advanced cardiac care services. The individuals in this position will work closely with Heart Transplant Cardiologists to deliver exceptional care to patients in an outpatient hospital setting who have undergone heart transplant surgery.As part of a multidisciplinary team, the provider in this position will function at the highest level of their professional capabilities, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
