Clinical management of the OR, CS and support staff. Coordinate daily surgery operations, case review, and staff assignments. Ongoing collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, peers and surgical leadership team. Duties will also include, but not limited to, annual budget planning/review and committee involvement. Ability to handle high stress/emergency situations and function as a circulator/scrub when needed. Current OR experience, NE RN license, BSN, ACLS, and BLS.
40 hrs/wk; 6:30a–3p, 5/4 days/wk, and on-call required.
Education: Current Nebraska RN
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALSrequired

Our 50-bed acute care hospital is certified for swing beds with an
additional 15 ambulatory outpatient beds. Established in 1972 by
the merger of St. Mary’s Hospital and Behlen Memorial Hospital,
this not-for-profit hospital is governed by a local board of directors.
We are licensed by the Nebraska State Board of Health and
accredited by the Joint Commission.
