Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Day Shifts (6:45am to 7:15pm) or Night Shifts (6:45pm to 7:15am). Availability varies and will be confirmed at the time of the interview. Every other weekend is required.
The role youâ™ll contribute: The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered professional nurse who supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit. Is able to demonstrate critical thinking skills, creativity, and has the knowledge to manage resources to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with hospital guidelines.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences youâ™ll need to succeed:
- Minimum qualifications:
- Associate or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school required.
- Ability to obtain Bachelorâ™s degree in Nursing within four years of hire.
- Med Surg experience required.
- Current Florida Registered Nurse license required.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors (BSN) degree
