The Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) - Long Term Care (LTC) functions as a clinical leader and member of the interdisciplinary health care team promoting safe, quality care. The CNL-LTC possesses a strong core knowledge in nursing and is accountable for evaluation of unit quality data and utilizing evidence-based practice to lead and guide staff in quality improvement initiatives. Physical Requirements: This position requires visual acuity, keen hearing, clear distinctive speech, and manual dexterity.
