The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program (CARP) Registered Nurse position is in Extended Care Rehabilitation Service at Jefferson Barracks Division of VA STL. The RN demonstrates leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others. The RN coordinates care focused on patient transition through the continuum of care, patient and family education, patient self-management after discharge, and supporting factors that impact customer satisfaction. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
