Career Center

The Journey Home Neighborhood is a Community Living Center that provides medical care to Veterans at the end of life, respite care and occasionally long-term care. The population served includes Veterans ranging in age from adult to the frail elderly with a variety of diagnoses. Veterans are frequently admitted with complex comfort needs related to disease condition, emotional status, and physical condition. This is a skilled nursing neighborhood specializing in hospice and palliative care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
