The Assistant Nurse Manager for the Inpatient Spinal Cord Injury/Disease Unit (SCI/D) in collaboration with the SCI/D Nurse Manager is responsible for the nursing practice, quality of care, personnel management, providing a healthy work environment, and actively participating in implementing the mission, vision, policies, goals, and objectives of VAPAHCS.
