Acute Rehab - Nurse Practitioner Opportunity Lynchburg, VA
Centra Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Inpatient Acute Rehab Unit. The position will provide management of medical needs for the patients on the inpatient unit. The position provides on-site day-to-day care to enhance the patient outcomes.
Come be part of our growing expansion slated to open in 2025 – Centra Rehabilitation Hospital. This will be a brand new 50-bed inpatient facility located in Lynchburg.
Our current Acute Rehab, which is a 20-bed unit, is located on the campus on Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital in Lynchburg, VA.
Position will work closely with Physical Medicine & Rehab physicians. Will conduct daily rounds on all patients, monitor progress in a team-based environment, responsible for majority of discharge preparation from the provider standpoint, and work closely with the entire rehab team.

Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner experience in Internal Medicine or Ortho/Neuro desired
