The VA has opened a new Community Living Center (CLC) within the Papillion - CHI Midlands Hospital Campus on 11111 south 84th street, on the 5th and 6th floors. The new CLC will support a skilled nursing and dementia unit with a total of 34-beds. The CLC will provide services to eligible Veterans needing skilled healthcare, rehabilitation, or dementia/ neurocognitive support, requiring an extended short-term stay, ranging from 30 to 90+ days of care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
