The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct Veteran care and care coordination, as it pertains, to Veterans and their care within the Primary Care Department while assigned as a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Nurse Care Manager (NCM) at the Wenatchee CBOC in Wenatchee CBOC in Wenatchee, WA. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
