The Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Department is responsible in demonstrating creative approaches to management of complex client care. The Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Department provides leadership in the application of nursing process to Veteran 'patients, organizational processes and/or systems, improving outcomes at the program or service level.
