The Assistant Nurse Manger works closely with the Nurse Manager to develop skills that demonstrate leadership and creative approaches to management of complex patient care. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for the documented outcomes at the program or service level. The Assistant Nurse Manager provides support for day to day operations with nursing leadership and patient care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
