The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)for our busy Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) programs at Ventura Community Base Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). HBPC provides interdisciplinary, comprehensive health care services to Veterans in their home. The NP is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct and indirect health and quality of care for patients under their care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
