The Nurse Manager is responsible for organizing, directing, and evaluating the patient care delivery system within the inpatient setting. The Nurse Manager is responsible and accountable for the 24/7 operations of their units, ensuring that subordinate personnel provide timely nursing care which complies with acceptable standards of care.
