Position SummaryThe Outpatient Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders has had exponential growth and seeking a second clinical supervisor to work closely with the Clinical Manager and current CS. This RN will help manage daily staffing, support satellite locations as well as the Thomas campus. Hem/Onc experience preferred. Critical thinking, education, collaboration are some of the qualities needed for this position. This RN will work M-F and work a 9/80 schedule (9 shifts in the pay period). The Clinical Supervisor coordinates shift operational flow in conjunction with organizational and departmental strategic goals, objectives, and standards and is the hospital’s clinical representative/resource for patients, families, and the healthcare team, at b
