The Nurse Recruiter is a registered nurse responsible for the leadership and management of nursing recruitment programs for all nursing staff within the facility. The incumbent uses nursing practice and clinical knowledge to assess, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate recruitment and retention efforts for nurse recruitment facility wide. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
