This position is located in the Primary Care Directorate at the James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center assigned to the Patient Aligned Care Team Department, COVID Respiratory Clinic, Women's Primary Care Department and/or Medical Home Port Department. The position is assigned responsibility for the provision and coordination of all services required for an organized, multi-disciplinary team approach to eligible beneficiaries and assures quality, comprehensive, cost-effective care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
