Sign On Bonus Eligible St. Lukes Health System in Twin Falls is seeking a RN to join our IP Surgical team. Position Summary The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patients needs. About Our Unit: We are a 36 single bed unit, with primary focus on recovery of the post op patients. We have a mixture of surgery patients, both elective and emergent, that include specialties of ortho, spine, general/trauma, urology, women's surgery, ENT, and vascular. We also provide care for medical and cardio overflow when needed. We are a fast paced, skilled, energetic team that promote a cultur
