N3 - Nurse Clinician for Wound Ostomy Summary: Under general supervision an incumbent is focused on supporting multiple nursing departments. The Wound & Ostomy registered nurse is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in inpatient and approved surgical and ambulatory care areas. Responsibilities include the systematic collection and assessment of data in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic care for the patient and/or family.
