The PACT RN practices under the guidance of the Nurse Manager for Primary Care within Montana VA Health Care System and supports the mission and vision of the Healthcare System. Primary Care provides acute and chronic care needs for Montana VA HCS including a wide variety of services for Veterans. The PACT RN applies PACT principles of proactive, personalized, patient centered care, team-based care, data driven care, continuity of care coordination, and population health and prevention. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
