Responsible for patient triage, patient education, and assisting physicians in the assessment of patient needs and treatment plan(s) in an Interventional Neurology office setting.
Maintain chart documentation to ensure all information about patient is completed and documented correctly.
Act as patient liaison for patient communication regarding their care plan, endovascular procedures scheduled at the hospital and post-procedure follow-up.
Required: Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
2 years of clinical experience in a physician office or hospital setting. Neurology experience a plus.
Current State RN license and CPR certification.
