This specialized and hybrid Assistant Nurse Manager position is a clinician as well as a first level supervisor who functions under the guidance and leadership of the Nurse Manager of SCI-B in providing administrative and clinical leadership within the SCI service. The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) is a dynamic role that requires the incumbent to be flexible and adaptable to changes in covering varying tours, rotating weekend shifts, and support a diverse environment of multiple programs within SCI.
