This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application. Effectively plans and implements the nursing process and the quality of care to patients requiring medical/surgical nursing care. Responsible for documenting observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition while collaborating with health care team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes. Work Schedule: Work Schedule will be determined based on the needs of the Medical Center. The Togus VA Medical Center is an acute care facility operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
