Assumes primary responsibility for effective supervision of nursing activities of assigned area(s). Assists in the management of financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards. Assists with corrective action as necessary. Provides feedback and assistance to Director/Nurse Manager concerning customer satisfaction, staff development, and associate performance and satisfaction.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Five (5) years clinical nursing experience in Med-Surg is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Licensed as RN in Texas is required. CPR is required. RNC-BC is preferred.
