Work Hours/Shifts:

Full-time Day Shift-ED  

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Reviews patient satisfaction results with staff at staff meeting and through other avenues of communication
• Discusses ways in which employees can contribute to patient satisfaction
• Responsible for dept payroll including collaboration with employees, payroll office and other departments as needed
• Conduct staff meetings and documenting meeting minutes
• Complies with Joint Commission Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations
• Coordinates staffing needs, which may include selection, screening and interviewing potential new hires
• Ensures employees are oriented within Murray Medical Center and their respective department as well as reviewing employees' job description with the new hiree employee
