A recruitment/relocation incentive is NOT authorized for this position. The Registered Nurse, Geriatrics, for the Honor and Valor Homes which house the Dementia and short term rehab patients. Applicant would be responsible for the following: Collaborates with members of the interdisciplinary treatment team and ancillary services to plan and implement the Veteran's plan of care; Analyzes and upgrades patient care through performance improvement activities; Monitors activities occurring within the unit when acting in the charge nurse capacity; Strives to maintain clinical competencies through continuous study, in services and participation in obtaining continuing education units; Based on education and experience, may be assigned responsibilities as preceptor or relief charge nurse Work Schedule Full time 12-hour night shift, 1745-0615, 6 days a pay period with one 8-hour day, 1800-0630 Rotating weekends and holidays Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
