| Position Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who has the responsibility for the management of patient care provided by departmental personnel. Qualifications:
Required Education/Licensing: Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Curent license in the state of Florida or eligible (confirmation from State Board) for licensure. BSN Prefered. Current BLS card, current ACLS card. Fundamental mathematics. Verbal and written English skills. Required Work Related Experience: Within 30 days of hire, employee must: complete general and nursing orientation, demonstrate accuracy and ability in administering medications. selected competencies. 1 - 3 years Telemetry experience prefered. Within 90 days of hire, employee must: show proficiency of IV therapy skills, demonstrate competence in Telemetry competencies.
