Prepares or assists with the preparation of four-week work schedules for various internal resource and, if required, employment agency pool personnel to ensure adequate patient support coverage on multiple units within a facility and/or between sites and regions. In conjunction with requesting supervisory/managerial staff and work leader, plans and revises schedules to accommodate shift rotations, new-hire orientation, vacations, holidays and other employee requests for planned and unplanned time off. Has responsibility to all parties involved for follow-up actions/communications of staffing/schedules process plans and/or changes. Compiles, maintains and transmits Payroll information; monitors agency contracts for compliance. Researches and resolves discrepancies. Prepares reports as requested.
