WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Prepare, manage and control budget, monitor and analyze variances.
Direct employees to meet all mandatory Human Resource requirements.
Complete performance appraisal of staff members.
Strong leadership skills.
Oversee the process of assuring the clinical competence of personnel.
Responsible for maintaining daily staffing and related recruitment/retention activities to meet the acuity needs of the patients.
Responsible for patient/staff engagement outcomes associated with the provision of Nursing care.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience: 1-3 Years Experience in nursing, 2 years of Acute Rehabilitation Nursing practice
within designated unit. Previous Nurse Manager experience or leadership role
Degree: Bachelor's Required
License(s): Registered Nurse
Certification(s): Basic Life Support Program
Travel: Never or Rarely
