We invite new or recent graduate registered nurses to apply for a unique opportunity to receive didactic and clinical training for either ICU, Progressive Care, Medical/Telemetry, or Medical/Surgical. This paid, 10-12 week residency will allow new graduates to obtain specific experience through our intensive training and then transition to staff nurse roles within the departments of HCA/HealthONE Hospitals.
We understand the support a newly licensed nurse needs to be successful. With this in mind, we provide our new nurses with a year-long Residency Program immediately following the StaRN training.
With many hospitals and locations to choose from for the StaRN training, HCA/HealthONE is a growing system here in Denver, Colorado that combines stability and growth. We have more training opportunities, more advancement potential, and an impressive range of benefits than our competitors!.
