The Clinical Nurse Manager administers, plans and develops services and operations of a patient care unit. Determines needs of the patient care unit regarding staff scheduling, staff education, standards of patient care, and budget. Coordinates all patient care activities including nursing, medical and ancillary services. Directs, guides, teaches and supervises nursing personnel.
Require BSN and MI RN licensure.
Prefer Master's Degree, 2+ years of Rehabilitation Leadership experience with CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse)
Must be able to demonstrate effective communication and relationship building skills, be a change agent and a strong team player. Will have 24/7 accountability and responsibility of the unit. Operation responsibilities/accountabilities are inclusive of: Quality/Patient Safety, Staff, Patient Satisfaction, Growth, Education and Financial outcomes. Prefer past participation in a Magnet organization.
