This Manager, Worker's Compensation Partnerships position is designed for an experienced Clinical Liaison and/ or nurse currently selling products and healthcare services to the worker’s compensation industry. You will represent Shepherd Center in high level negotiations and contracting with senior claims management and medical management at the nation’s largest insurance companies, benefit consultants, employers and case management firms.
Position requirements include a keen understanding of the worker’s compensation industry, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries, with previous experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred. Nursing and/or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health or similar discipline is desirable. Selected individual must have excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as proficiency in using Salesforce as an account management and tracking tool. Moderate travel (30-40%) will be necessary.
