In driving that vision, we have launched a search for a Nurse Manager of Pediatrics with the knowledge and passion to partner with our Women’s & Children’s Leadership team.
This position will:
Oversee the operations of our 16-bed, hybrid ED/inpatient unit
Ensure effective, ongoing communication between departmental levels
Assist and participate in ongoing teamwork to plan, communicate, implement, and evaluate optimal patient care
Our qualified candidate will have:
5+ years of relevant clinical experience
3+ years of management experience
Maryland RN license (or eligible)
Bachelor’s degree in nursing; master’s preferred
