This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to lead a medium-size, independent Catholic health care network located on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan. The position reports jointly to the Chair of the HFM Board of Directors and to the President/CEO of the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Sponsored Ministries, Inc.

Master’s degree in business, health administration or a related field.
Five or more years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership with experience in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and sustain profitable growth.
Ability to generate enthusiasm and inspire confidence and support.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with governance, providers, management, staff, our sponsor and the community.
Willingness and ability to support the mission and values of our sponsor – the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity.
